Fees and Charges
On-site: $138 per hour* (On-Site Flat Rate for the first 2 hours)
$120 for the 3rd consecutive hour
$110 for the 4th consecutive hour
$100 per hour thereafter for the entirety of the work with a maximum of 8 hours per day
Return To Base Service: $85 per hour*
Long Term Contract: $40 per hour**
Service Level Agreement charges
Charges are per standard rates above. Harmonytech does not charge a monthly 'subscription' fee for SLA's. Read below for agreement options.
Remote administration: $138 per hour*
This includes weekly reporting on network, server and desktop status.
